We bring you pure, traditionally made A2 Gir Cow Ghee, sourced directly from farmers and crafted with care.
At Anvish Foods, we are deeply committed to purity, transparency, and tradition. Our journey begins with trusted farmer families who rear indigenous Gir cows in natural, ethical environments. We collect only A2 milk after rigorous quality testing, then craft our ghee using the age-old Bilona method, ensuring it retains all its natural goodness and rich flavor.
Young and agile graduates from IIT Guwahati wanted to use their technical skills in the food and agriculture industry. They have the vision to bring food processing to the farm level and provide traditional superfoods to everyone.
Being from a farming family, I know the hardships they face. Equipping them with technology, financial aid, and food-processing machines will generate more value for them. And in turn, this leads to healthy and traceable food for consumers.

We Specialize in A2 Ghee — That’s All
We focus on one thing and do it with unmatched dedication: delivering the finest A2 Gir Cow Ghee, made the way it’s meant to be.
Direct from Farmers, Lab-Tested for Purity
No middlemen. No compromise. Every drop of milk is tested for quality before becoming ghee.
Traditional Bilona Method
We follow the Bilona process — milk is turned into curd, hand-churned to butter, and then slowly simmered to yield nutrient-rich golden ghee.
Empowering Rural India
By working directly with farmer families, we help support sustainable farming, preserve traditional practices, and generate rural employment.
